MiddlemanHub collects only the information needed to run your account and deliver what you buy: your email address and password (handled by our secure sign-in provider), your purchases and subscriptions, your usage of the AI tools and listing exports, and any products, photos, or files you add to the importer.

If you connect your eBay account, we store your eBay user ID, username, and the access and refresh tokens eBay issues, solely to publish listings on your behalf. We never see or store your eBay password. You can disconnect at any time, and if you delete your eBay account or revoke access, eBay notifies us and we delete your stored eBay connection and tokens.

Payments are processed by our payment provider; MiddlemanHub never sees or stores your full card number. Supplier contacts and mentorship access are delivered through your account and Discord.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the services required to operate MiddlemanHub (hosting, sign-in, payments, AI processing, and eBay when you choose to connect it). Imported product photos are stored privately and deleted within 48 hours of export.

You may request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us through the Discord community or the email on your receipt. Deleting your account removes your stored data, including any connected eBay credentials.

All purchases on MiddlemanHub are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, unused access, misunderstanding of the product, or dissatisfaction with supplier results.

Supplier access fees and subscription payments are all non-refundable. Once a payment is completed, the digital product, contact, or access is delivered immediately and cannot be returned.

Supplier contacts and setup details are delivered as digital information immediately after purchase. Because the contact itself is the product, every supplier fee is a one-time, non-refundable payment. You are responsible for vetting the supplier, understanding the margins, and confirming the category is right for you before you buy.

MiddlemanHub subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel anytime from your Account page or the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal only — it does not refund any portion of the current billing period.

There are no partial-month, prorated, or retroactive refunds. You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.

1-on-1 Direct Mentorship is included with the MiddleMan subscription at no separate charge. It provides direct access to the owner for questions and remains available for as long as the MiddleMan subscription is active. Mentorship is not sold separately, and the subscription billing and no-refund terms above apply.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting support violates these terms and may result in immediate termination of your account and loss of all purchased access. For billing questions, contact support through the Discord community or your account email.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. MiddlemanHub is not liable for any marketplace account actions taken by eBay, Depop, or other platforms. You must follow each platform's rules and our posted training when listing products.

Our platform does not provide, promote, or endorse counterfeit, unauthorized replica, or trademark-infringing products. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that products they source and sell comply with applicable laws and marketplace policies.

To measure our TikTok ads, we use the TikTok Pixel and TikTok Events API. When you visit pages, create an account or complete a purchase, we share page visits, those events, purchase value and currency, your IP address, browser type, TikTok cookie and click ID with TikTok for ad measurement and optimization. We do not send your email to TikTok. This is turned off for visitors in the EU/EEA, UK and Switzerland and for browsers sending a Global Privacy Control signal. You can also opt out by turning on Global Privacy Control or blocking third-party cookies in your browser.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
