Use photos you can stand behind

Very important: never copy supplier photos straight onto eBay or Depop. Take your own, or use photos your supplier has cleared for you. Automated launch

Autolist, then fulfil orders

Paste your supplier's product details into the Autolisters. Middleman Hub applies a 100% markup on product cost by default, cleans up the title and description, and publishes to eBay with promoted ads switched on, or builds a Depop bulk CSV. When an order comes in, fulfil it through your supplier, add the real tracking number, and keep the spread.

Shipping methods

Method one: ship with tracking

Go to you depop profile settings, from there select your location and change it to the UK
This will allow you to add tracking numbers to orders easily
When you get an order just buy the item from our suppliers, then add the valid tracking to the order once you receive it. not all suppliers give valid tracking numbers that work with depop. We have verified each supplier we sell ships with valid tracking from the united states. NOT CHINA, you can find your own suppliers but that compliant tracking isnt guaranteed.

Method two: Depop label with a USPS QR code

This method allows you to sell with your location being set in the united states, not the UK which = more sales.
Once you make a sale, purchase from your supplier and ship it to customer, then go to a USPS self-service kiosk, choose the QR code option on your depop sale and scan the QR code from your Depop order.
This will mark your order as shipped the moment it prints. from there just take that shipping label and slap it onto a polymailer with a thank you for your order business card or handwritten note. Ship that out 3-4 days after you purchased your item from the supplier. This ensures it arrives after the item does and you get paid.

Its reccomended to get a subscription to use our autolisting features. These features help keep your account safe and listings compliant
Use the ai background changer or our unlimited background remover to make unique listings that wont get taken down. Stock supplier images can get you banned.
Middleman hub automatically brings over all the information including a customized description that removes any risky keywords, adds your 5 hashtags, and also says the item is available in other sizes, ensuring that no matter a customers size you have the potential to make a sale.
Just simply add your product link to the autolisters, middlemanhub will scrape all the info it needs from the supplier then click autolist! There is no limits, you can do bulk uploads to depop of over 500-1000 products at a time.

3eBay · Shipping

Shipping methods

Method one: Our authorized suppliers.

Shipping with ebay has never been easier with middleman hub, once you connect your ebay account we automatically handle shipping policies, return policies, safe compliant descriptions, automatic profit margin and after sale ebay fee calculations, automatic ad campaigns, along with one click direct publishing!
Our suppliers provide 7 day local from US shipping and all you have to do after an order is buy the item from supplier and add the tracking to your order!
Dont worry about returns as one of our automatic policies is no returns. If a product must be returned for some reason, you just accept the return from the customer and return it to your supplier! No risk.

The store's tracking follows the parcel sent to you. Your buyer needs the tracking from your own label.

Method two: authorised supplier

The supplier ships locally from the US and gives you USPS, UPS, or FedEx tracking.
On the order, click Add tracking number, enter the number and matching carrier, and save. Do it as soon as you have it.

4eBay · Listing

Make the listing

Amazon to eBay. Copy an Amazon product link, paste it into the eBay autolister and import it. Middleman Hub grabs the title, photos and details for you.
Supplier to eBay. Paste the supplier link or product details into the autolister and it builds the listing automatically.
Photos. Use the AI background changer on the cover photo so your listing is unique and won't get flagged.
Price. A 100% profit margin is applied automatically, covering eBay fees, ad fees and product cost. Focus on small, light, higher-value items.
Click Publish to eBay and it lists straight onto your connected eBay account with an active ad campaign for more clicks.

Special notes

Selling Amazon products

Amazon tracking numbers (the ones starting with TBA) do not register on eBay or Depop, which can lead to disputes.
Use a tracking service like iSkyTracking or TrackTaco. They turn your Amazon order into a valid carrier tracking number that eBay and Depop accept. Tracktaco is the cheaper option, but use iSkyTracking if you plan to scale heavily with amazon to ebay.
Once you have the new number, add it to the order with the matching carrier as soon as possible.

Handling time

eBay pre-fills new listings with a 1 business day default handling time. That means your item has to be marked shipped within one business day after the buyer pays, so order from your supplier the same day the sale comes in.
